How much is postage?
Postage to the UK is free. Delivery to Europe is charged at a flat rate of £10 and delivery to the rest of the world is £50.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery to the UK is next day after the day of dispatch (you will be notified by email). Delivery to Europe normally takes 3-4 working days after dispatch and you will be able to track your delivery online with a unique tracking number provided by us.

Will my items be supplied with the correct plugs?
Yes, this is done automatically by our system. All european orders will be supplied with the correct EU plugs

What warranty is offered with my products?
All warranties are the standard manufactuers warranty. Sonos items and iPod are all 1 year. KEF and Scandyna speakers are both 2 year warranties.

Why can I not see prices for all the products online?
Some of the products we list on our website, such as scandyna, are only for sale in store. Contact us for prices and we can quote you directly.
